New in May to The Lily Garden on Tuesdays at 5pm... Katrina Molendyk will be leading a "Power" type yoga class. This style of class focuses on alignment in the body to maintain safety while building the breath. We will build heat in the body and work on building strength through holding of postures and targeting the core. It is a dynamic class (if you are looking to sweat) that is suitable for all levels, with variations offered and a strong encouragment to honor the body for what it allows you to do.
