We provide yoga mats, blocks straps, blankets, and more in a comfortable environment.
All of our classes a led by knowledgeable instructors that can adjust the poses for every body and everybody.
We offer:
· Hatha Yoga in various styles available to all levels from beginner to advanced, check out the different instructors to experience the various ways yoga can be taught.
· Hot Yoga Sweat it out!, in our deliciously heated room. De-stress, increase your flexibility and have a great workout at the same time. Our room is heated between 32-35 degrees which allows the heat to penetrate deep into the muscles releasing tension and toxins.Ranging postures build core strength and a supple spine to balance the body and focus the mind.

Bring a full size towel (or mat), arrive 15 min before class (capacity is 20), and please let us know if you have high or low blood pressure, blood sugar issues or any other physical limitations. CHILDREN'S AND TWEEN YOGA ($5 drop in - signed waiver needed by parent or guardian)
The Children's Yoga will help younger participants keep or regain the range of motion lost through aging and learn to slow down through concentration. The Children's class uses fun yoga poses, songs, games and a healthy snack to start young ones down a path of self awareness. The Tween classes focuses on slowing down and realizing the body mind connection. Through the yoga asanas (poses) and working with the breath it is a perfect way to slow down and take time for healthy movement and concentration.
GENTLE YOGA (Formerly Yoga for Trauma)
This class is for anyone with physical or emotional issues that sometime block us from living a healthy, productive life. We use humour, asanas and breathing to center ourselves and help the body/mind heal. Everyone welcome!
YOGA FOR THE CORE
This class will help build the strong core needed for everyday life and beyond. To move down the path on your yoga journey the body awareness and core developement that is gained in this class is a helpful skill that will make some of the stronger poses easier, more attainable and sustainable. Great for weight loss or building the lean muscle mass that is needed for a healthy life. Everyone welcome!
